Clocking Off a Repair
After completing your repair, or you get to a point in the repair where you need to stop and come back to it later, you can quickly and easily clock off the repair.

Step by step...
From the job screen, select the 'Menu' option:

Select the 'Clock Off Job' option:

This will navigate you to the time sheet completion screen which gives you several options - some are set by the business and are described below:

By pressing in the last technician comment area, you can record the work you carried out on the repair, or add a comment that is relevant. The system calculates the time taken based upon when you started the repair and when you pressed the clock off option:

There is an optional 'Unassign' toggle - your business may not allow this option, but if it is there it's a way of unallocating the repair from your list of jobs and making it available in the workshops 'Work Waiting' list for another technician to commence work on:

You can toggle to say if the repair is completed or not. If you select that it is completed, the repair status goes from 'In Progress' to 'Completed' and is removed from your list of assigned work:

Once the information fields have been completed, the 'SAVE' button becomes active:

Once you have saved the timesheet entry screen, you are returned to your list of assigned jobs:

TECH TIP! - If there is a check sheet assigned to the repair line, you will not be able to complete the repair until the check sheet is completed.
