Parts
You can quickly and easily check parts you have in stock, book them to your repair or request new parts. If you order parts, you can check the status of the part to see when it is back in stock, or at which stage your Parts department is at with the order.

Step by step...
Whilst active on a repair, select the 'Part Request' menu icon:

If there are existing parts requested or issued, you will see them listed along with their current status:

To request or book new parts, select the 'Add' icon:

You can either search your stock holding, or if the option has been turned on by your System Administrator, you can request a part not held in stock by selecting the 'Add a free text part' button. The process is basically the same, so we are going to focus on parts that are in stock as there are a few more steps to it:

You can use the search bar to query your stock holdings, or alternately if your parts have been set up with bar codes, you can select the bar code icon within the search bar to access your device's camera to scan the part's bar code. The app will return stock information upon searching and you can see how many are in stock, their location, the part name and part number (obvs π):

Select the part you want to add / request and then add the quantity using the pop-up selector. Once you have added the quantity, select the 'Submit' button. The app will add the part/s to your basket and return you to the searched parts list:
Adding parts
You can search and add more parts as required following the above, adding them to your basket. Once you have added all the parts you need, you can "checkout" by selecting the parts basket icon:

Here is a list of parts you need, you can review this list, and if you are happy, press the 'Checkout' button:

The app will then send the parts request to FleetWave and notify you that this has been completed successfully. You can review their status by pressing the 'Part Requests' menu icon. If you have the correct account permissions, and if your part was in stock, it will have been added to the job. If the part isn't in stock, the system will create the record to notify your Parts Administrator to get them ordered for you.
