Notifications
Remember when you used to get excited about getting a text message (and then it turned out to be your network provider 😅)??
Well, you can receive notifications from your business throughout your working day to speed up communication with alerts you need - very exciting!
A System Administrator can configure workflow notifications, i.e. new work assigned or parts in stock, as well as ad hoc notifications.

Step by step...
Once a notification is received, your device will display a banner that you can select to navigate you into the app:

You can also review your notifications from within the app by selecting the 'Notifications' menu icon:

You can see old and new notifications listed (the notifications with a red dot are unread). If you have unread notifications, the menu icon has a green indicator to inform you. Messages can be swiped left or right to mark as read or delete them from your device (watch the video to see this).
You are also able to group manage the messages by selecting the three dot menu:

If you select the three dots, you are given the option to manage all the messages:
