To ensure you know your drivers are always healthy and fit to work, FleetWave enables you to capture medical and eye test dates. When it's time for renewal, FleetWave will inform you via a KPI on the Fleet Status Tool.
Check the video out:
1. Navigate to the Drivers table
2. Search for the relevant driver and open and click
3. Navigate to the Duty of Care tab
4. Enter dates into the 'Last Medical', 'Last Eye Test', 'Medical Due' and 'Eye Test Due' fields
4. Click FleetWave will return you to the Drivers browse table
FleetWave will populate the Fleet Status Tool if the dates entered fall within the specified criteria.
Note - the KPI will flag the driver as red if no due date is entered.
