Rentals

Rental vehicles in FleetWave are vehicles that are hired for a short period of time from an external company, maybe to cover a fleet vehicle that's been in an accident and is temporarily off the road, or for somebody in your organisation who needs to make a one-off journey. The Rentals module follows a simple workflow where requests can be raised and require approval from a user with the correct authority in the system. A rental request record allows for the capturing of information such as hire duration, costs and hierarchy details.
