FleetWave allows cost analysis of the fleets spend and by creating posting dates, you can align your cost reports with your accounts department. The posting dates also allow for accurate month end reporting and cost allocation.
Creating posting dates is quick and simple to do. You will need to complete this before you can utilise the Transfer Costs Tool.
Check the video out:
1. Navigate to the Posting Dates menu item under Costing
2. Press the 'Add' button
3. Complete the on screen form, adding the dates you wish to create the posting period for the relevant categories i.e. Fuel, Repairs etc.
4. Enter a 'Posted Date' and press the save button 
FleetWave will create a record that can be utilised within the Costing Transfer tool.
