Appeal a Parking Fine

If you decide to appeal against a parking fine, you can reflect this in FleetWave by updating the record status and recording details of the appeal.

Check the video out:

 

1. Navigate to the PCN Fines table

2. Open the relevant record in edit mode

3. Click the 'Appeal' button

FleetWave will make the 'Issue Date of Appeal Letter' mandatory on the Appeal tab and update the 'Fine Status' to 'Appealed.

4. Enter the date the appeal letter was sent - as the appeal progresses you can revisit this tab to keep it updated

5. Click save.png

Next - depending on the outcome of the appeal, you will either need to cancel the fine, or record details of the payment:

- Cancel a Parking Fine

- Pay a Parking Fine
