Media for Repairs
The mobile app facilitates the ability to upload images and media directly to the repair line you are working on. For example, if you find some damage to the vehicle you are repairing, you can take a picture through the device's camera, give the image a description and upload it directly to the corresponding repair line within FleetWave.
Additionally, media can be uploaded into FleetWave to the repair line by a user, like a workshop administrator, which can then be viewed through the app by the technician.

From the job screen, select the 'Menu' option:

You can review the media already attached to the repair line, and from this screen you can also add additional media:

Select the 'Plus' icon to add additional media, you can upload from images already taken and within your camera roll, or you can take a new photo. You can also browse the devices files if you wanted to upload a document.

Once you have selected the file, video, photo or taken a picture (no selfies please!π), add a description and press 'UPLOAD':

TECH TIP! - if the size of the file is large, i.e a video or high resolution image, it can take slightly longer to upload (I guess I'm saying you may need to be patient sometimes!).
