A semi-common issue that has come up is that the "Redesign Screen" option doesn't appear in the dropdown menu or "Show Details" page on a module:
In that case, users should check the "Screen Design opt out" field on the Management tab of the Table Schema:
It's a bit counter-intuitive, but setting this field to "No" will remove the Screen Redesign option, and setting it to "Yes" will restore it.
