Sometimes, a multi-line text field might appear smaller than expected, like in the example below:
To adjust the size of the multi-line field, navigate to the table that contains the field you want to update. Click the three white dots in the upper-right corner, then select Redesign Screen:
On the redesign screen, locate the multi-line field you want to adjust and click it. In the Field settings at the top of the page, update the Rows value to change the field's height and the Cols value to change its width. Adjust these values as needed until the field is the desired size.
Here's an example of the COMMENTS_FW (Comments) field with Rows = 10 and Columns = 50:
Click Save to apply the screen design updates:
The record will display the updated field size:
