How to Check Your FleetWave Code Version
Knowing your FleetWave version helps Support quickly determine whether an issue is configuration-related or tied to a specific code release. You can view your version using any of the methods below.
Option 1: Hover Over the Browser Tab (Fastest)
Log into FleetWave.
Move your mouse over the browser tab/title area.
A tooltip will appear showing your full version, for example:
This tells you exactly which build your environment is running.
Option 2: Use the Technical Data Screen
Log into FleetWave.
Search in the left menu pane for:
Install ToolsUnder the Low Risk section, select Technical Data.
The version information will display at the top:
Build Version: 2.153.3462.0
Built on: <date/time>
Deployed to Test/Live: <date/time>This is the most detailed source, including build and deployment timestamps.
You will need to have the appropriate level of user access in order to get to this page.
Additional Information (Release Notes & Quarterly Schedule)
If you want to check what version you should be on, or view upcoming release cycles:
Click your user profile icon in the top-right corner of FleetWave.
Select Help Guide (opens the Zendesk help portal).
In the search box, type release notes.
You’ll see articles for:
• FleetWave quarterly release schedule
• Release notes for current and prior versions
Alternatively, you can navigate to Fleetwave Advanced from the knowledge center home page and then you should see a link for the release notes section.
This helps you compare your version against the latest available.
