If you want to see a document but aren't sure where it's been saved in FleetWave, or you'd like to review all the documents in FleetWave for a specific vehicle or driver, then the Search for Attachments tool is here to help.
Check the video out:
1. Navigate to the Search for Attachments tool under the Utilities menu item
2. Select which identifying field you want to search for from the first drop-down field; Registration Number or Fleet Number for vehicles, and Driver Name or Payroll Number for drivers
3. Select a filter criteria, or leave it on the default 'Contains'
4. Type in the value you want to search for, i.e. the registration number, fleet number, driver name or payroll number
5. Click the search button 
All attachments found will be returned in a table, displaying the description of the attachment, the table it's saved and the file size.
