Cause
This issue is caused by incorrect or missing INI configuration settings, specifically related to job reasons and check sheet activation.
Resolution
Update the following INI code:
- Ensure that the
JOBRFR:INSsetting includes all relevant job reason codes in a comma-separated list (no spaces)
- Set the
JOB:TICKSHEETSsetting to 1 to enable check sheet functionality
Result
After applying these updates, check sheets created via the CHECKSHEET BUILDER tool should correctly populate and display in the Technician App
