Summary:
To have both the view and the table to have access to attachments you need to insure you have the table schema settings set correctly.
Resolution:
On Table Schema->Configure View you have 2 dropdowns: View Table and Link to attachments.
View Table = dropdown list of table name to select.
Link to attachments = “Link to Table”
